Eyebrows

I have no eyebrows to speak of,

Just a few light hairs;

their presence

merely serving

to

highlight lack.

I wonder what joys I have missed

existing eyebrow-less

In a world of

beautiful

arches,

unibrows,

or non-descript-but-there

hairy slices.

I have no eyebrows to speak of,

And in an eyebrow world,

I am either unique,

or to be pitied.

I will accept either one.
